Two search and rescue missions in Montana - one person found | Silver Valley News

Search and rescue crews in Montana have been working day and night to find two missing subjects near Haugan, Montana.

Thankfully, a 30+-year-old male has been located after he crashed his UTV late Saturday night. Sunday morning search and rescue crews found the man's UTV, but after following footprints, he was nowhere to be found.

Monday afternoon, Shoshone County Lieutenant Jeff Lee said, the man was found up a hill near the crash site.

It's reported that he has injuries to his lower extremities, but it's unknown how severe.

74-year-old Michael Frazer of Spokane is still missing. He was last seen Wednesday, April 29th in Stevens County.

Mineral County Search and Rescue crews found Frazer's car and dog stuck in the snow Saturday on Timber Creek Road, just 4 miles west of Haugan.

The dog is in good condition, but the whereabouts of his owner is still up in the air.

Saturday morning, Shoshone County Deputies and Search and Rescue crews helped with the search. We're told they are searching for the man again today.
